Assist in picking up pre-paid orders the day of the event (pick-ups are included in the hours reserved for your event).

Accompany Clients to venue walk throughs, tastings, dress fittings, etc; or facilitate virtual meetings with vendors on behalf of the Client if unavailable.

Access to all inventory. This includes chargers, cloth napkins, napkin rings, table runners, chair sashes, vases and more!

Includes three in-person meetings at your venue, and additional phone/video chats.

Provide personalized schedules and timelines.

Assist the Client in creating a personalized seating chart.

Access to Planner’s preferred vendors list.

Assistance in locating and booking vendors.

Follow up with pre-booked services, prior to event, for catering, bakers, event designers, rental companies, etc.

Includes 12 hours of service the day of event.

Day of event management to ensure the preplanned schedule is followed.

Coordination with venue to ensure posted rules are followed by guests, within our means.

Assist in setting up cake, food, props and decor provided by clients or an event designer.

Includes 3 hours for Rehearsal or an additional in- person meeting prior to event.

Any additional time needed can be added at an hourly fee.

If 4K Events and Designs LLC provides any design services such as backdrops, props, decor, florals or balloon art for your event, the design services will include a 5% discount for platinum and diamond packages. These costs will be a separate contract, payment, and invoice.
